Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. RMAs may be requested by e-mailing sales@ctexinc.com Please provide the following information when requesting an RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem. All can be found on your invoice. No collect shipments will be accepted. All defective products will be accepted directly by CTEX Inc for credit, exchange or repair, at CTEX Inc discretion within 30 days of the invoice date. All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and must be returned within 14 days of the date of invoice. All products to be returned for credit must be returned 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
